We had the pleasure of working with Sean Tipps in the process of both selling a house and purchasing a new home. My wife and I were beyond thrilled with our experience on both sides of the equation; even with this not being our first home purchase. Sean helped me locate exactly the kind of tenants I wanted for a single-family rental. He knew my rental market well. He had access to the right marketing channels. His communication was always prompt. He was especially effective in negotiating the lease agreement.

Just let me say that Sean possesses all the intangibles that most agents don't have, or care to have. He's easy to be around, he can understand you, what you say and don't say, to help you find what you need. But it's not the intangibles that will make you glad you chose to work with him.
