Between family members, we've made 3 ATX area purchases in the past two years. We've done property purchases as well as home purchases and he has the knowledge and connections to help people navigate the process with confidence. Most recently, he went out of his way to help us identify the best loan provider and seek out information about building restrictions / HOA requirements. Any emails between title companies, loan officers, etc, he was on and made sure it got to the top of my inbox if it looked like I may have missed it. We closed today and he was the only one of the recent three to show up at closing just in case something came up although he wasn't needed, his time was appreciated (not to mention a very nice bottle of champagne and gift for our new kitchen). Just let me say that Sean possesses all the intangibles that most agents don't have, or care to have. He's easy to be around, he can understand you, what you say and don't say, to help you find what you need. But it's not the intangibles that will make you glad you chose to work with him.
