I'm selling two properties in Austin, after I've already moved to Vermont, and Sean Tipps could not have handled it better! Because I couldn't be there, I needed someone I could rely on to go the extra mile--such as hiring a landscaper for staging the house for sale. He even indulged my desire to specify what I wanted to do by taking photos of the front yard, which I then annotated, and Sean worked with a local landscaper to meet my ridiculous home seller dreams! I even added a request like, "I think that front tree would look great with two bright (like turquoise) chairs underneath it," and sure enough, Sean texts me a picture two days later of two turquoise chairs in the back of his truck on their way to my house. How he made that happen, I don't know. That's just one small example of all the invisible work that went on behind the scenes that I was able to stay out of. Another example was coordinating showings with the current tenants--no small feat! Anyway, I would recommend Sean 10/10!

Sean helped me locate exactly the kind of tenants I wanted for a single-family rental. He knew my rental market well. He had access to the right marketing channels. His communication was always prompt. He was especially effective in negotiating the lease agreement.

Between family members, we've made 3 ATX area purchases in the past two years. We've done property purchases as well as home purchases and he has the knowledge and connections to help people navigate the process with confidence. Most recently, he went out of his way to help us identify the best loan provider and seek out information about building restrictions / HOA requirements. Any emails between title companies, loan officers, etc, he was on and made sure it got to the top of my inbox if it looked like I may have missed it. We closed today and he was the only one of the recent three to show up at closing just in case something came up although he wasn't needed, his time was appreciated (not to mention a very nice bottle of champagne and gift for our new kitchen).
