We were move-up buyers in Dripping Springs. Sean helped us buy and sell our first home, and purchase our new construction home. What stands out to me, is that when you’re in the middle of making big decisions, you really want someone who is knowledgeable about the process and is a good listener. We belly ached about timing. is it the right time to list? Should we wait 90 days? Sean helped us come to what ended up being the right choice and we were able to immediately go under contract for a new build home on the other side of town. The process with the builder was not super smooth and we could always rely on Sean to know what stage we were in and keep us on track. He recommended an inspector that did a great job and whose work served to help us appeal to the builder for very specific concerns. With Sean’s help, we were able to get the attention we needed to effectively ensure corrections were made and we were still tracking forward progress. He visited the site regularly. We had a successful close and couldn’t be happier honestly. Again, I think Sean’s project management-style approach is like a fantastic teammate vibe. You need a calm person who will lead and listen.

We could not be more grateful for Sean. When we started home shopping in this crazy Austin market, I initially thought we might need a more aggressive realtor. I was wrong. Sean's calm demeanor, professionalism, and kindness really make him shine. He presents a clean contract with an amicable delivery. In fact, on multiple occasions, the seller's realtor remarked on how much they appreciated his non-aggressive approach. I think he might be a gem when it comes to this. We were in four bidding wars on four different houses, and each time we found out we weren't picked, Sean's optimism kept us going. At one point there was a home with a dead tree in the front yard, and I asked him if we should add it to the contract for them to remove like they said they were going to. He replied if they don't remove it as they said, I've got a great chainsaw I'll bring over and we can get it done. He is knowledgeable and patient. Sean never tried to push us out of our comfort zone, location, or price, just to get a paycheck. When he finally suggested we check out new construction, the next day we signed a contract on our dream home in our dream community, and six months later, our home was complete. Throughout the process of shopping and building, Sean was present for inspections, walk-throughs, and even venting text chains and phone calls. I would not hesitate to refer Sean to friends or family. Working in medicine, when I refer a patient to another healthcare provider, I always mention if it is someone I would trust with my parent's care.
