Lake Travis

Lake Travis High School is a well-respected public high school serving grades 9 through 12 in a scenic part of the Texas Hill Country about 20 miles west of Austin. With over 200 academic courses including 25 AP and 30 Pre-AP options, it offers a challenging and diverse curriculum. Students can participate in more than 50 clubs and organizations, and the school is organized into six Institutes of Study that allow them to explore areas such as science, business, and fine arts. LTHS serves several growing communities and provides strong academics, extracurricular opportunities, and excellent preparation for college and life.
